The S23 ultra is available to a new customer, but not as an upgrade. Is this possible or do I need to cancel my contract and take out a new one?

The S23 is generally available as an upgrade device, however upgrade offers are different for all customers, I’d recommend checking your iD Mobile app/website while logged in for upgrade offers or call the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
You may be able to purchase one as a new line, however note this is complete separate to the plan you have now, carrying over your number to this plan directly wouldn’t be an option and you’d have 2 active plans.
