I want to get a phone under contract but I specifically want a phone that’s a 64 bit version (since it’s required for a number of apps on the appstore), but unfortunately I can’t find anything in the site that shows these specifics. Is there a way to see this or is it possible to be recommended some phones that have this requirement.

Most manufacturers give the processor type in their device specifications - knowing this and using Google should enable you to find out.
If you’re using an Android device, Google has required, since Aug 2019, that all apps submitted to Google Play are 64-bit.
