It took the penny payment after that it says timed out we done it very fast so it's not us we checked everything we also changed device we tried it on mobile then pc neither is working

Also it keeps asking for my id number when trying to pay by phone I don't have one because I'm brand new it's doing my head in now

Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if you received an email there? I have checked the iD Mobile website and all seems to be working fine.

Thanks moh I solved it the problem was for some reason it didn't like bing I used Google and it worked on PC
