Have been trying to download my recent bill from ID, I get a message to check my Internet settings. This has never happened before, nothing has changed and never been a problem. Any ideas?

Are you still having issues with this?
I’d be unsure about that issue specifically, we haven’t had any billing outages or issues recently, I’d recommend trying on a different device/browser if possible.
