Issue registering on the iD Mobile App

Hi

I have 3 contracts, 1 for each of my children. I can log into 2 of the accounts but the 1 I need to log into I can't.  I have tried forgotten username/password but I still can't get in despite putting phone number, year of birth and surname.

I also want to change account and payment details to my eldest daughter who is now working and will take over payments.

Any help would be appreciated.

For the account that’s having issues, have you made sure to register before? Have you made sure to use a different email address/username for this account?

 

You’ll only be able to use 1 email address/username per account so if you’ve used one for one of the other accounts you have with us, you wouldn’t be able to use it again.

 

Changing payment details will be possible in the iD Mobile App for the account, but you wouldn’t be able to change the name to somebody else’s in this case.
