Hello. I tried to activate my SIM card but I have a problem with the PAC code because it tells me that it has already been used and I haven't used it at all. I want to transfer my number from Tesco mobile to id mobile

If you’re a new iD Mobile customer, your new iD SIM card is activated and ready to use, @Bynia1998. 

If you’re having trouble with the online switching form, maybe contact iD customer service to submit your PAC. 

Online iD Live Chat customer advisors are available until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).
