Hello I am trying to register with ID mobile and I’m 100% sure I’m using the correct details (number, Last name and date of birth) however it never works and continues to say I’m using the wrong details.

Would appreciate any help ASAP

Have you tried entering your name in UPPERCASE letters @louisdid?
