Just purchased phone, but selected wrong colour. How can I cancel/ change?

As per title. I tried using the chat bot who said I will be transferred to a real person to discuss, but it just opened the following site (https://neam-uk.nod-glb.nuance.com/auth/realms/NuanceCustomers/protocol/openid-connect/auth?response_type=code&client_id=NIQS&redirect_uri=https://iqstudio.uk.nod.nuance.com/sso/login&state=80f3228a-2db4-4aeb-8ab1-bb82386bae6d&login=true&scope=openid). I have no idea what my log in details are supposed to be.

Type “talk to a person” to get past the chat-bot and speak to a real person.

The iD customer service team work 9am - 8pm weekdays.
