Is it possible to transfer a ID number which the contract has expired, to a new phone which came with a new ID number? Basically, can I use a pac etc to keep old number within ID?

Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to port a number from one iD Mobile plan to another directly, a number would need to be with another network when moving it into iD Mobile.
