My old number hasn't fully transferred, a BT landline says “not recognised”, however my sons iD sim phone, can call call my old number and my new iD sim phone rings?
Any ideas?
I am in a similar position. People calling my old O2 number, which I have ported across, receive an “incorrect number” or “number not recognised” response. My o2 account and service has stopped, yet the number hasn’t transferred onto my new ID mobile SIM on the date stated. Am a bit stuck. Can’t receive calls or use Uber.
