Have you already submitted your PAC code to us at checkout?
If so, you won’t need to submit again via the port form, the port will complete on the date given/selected between 8am and 10pm.
If you didn’t provide the PAC code at checkout and are still having issues on the port form, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
