keeping my old number

I have tried several times to fill the keeping my old number form and I get the same message back that are issues with the info provided 

I need help please

Have you already submitted your PAC code to us at checkout?

 

If so, you won’t need to submit again via the port form, the port will complete on the date given/selected between 8am and 10pm.

 

If you didn’t provide the PAC code at checkout and are still having issues on the port form, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
