Still trying to transfer my old number to my new account. It did do it temporarily but has now reverted to the new number.

Which network are you trying to port from? If it’s an iD Mobile number you are trying to transfer to a new iD Mobile account you won’t be able to do this.

I want to keep my old mobile phone number. I sent the PAC code from BT but when you sent me an email with my details , the mobile phone number was new. What do I have to do now to keep my old number.

You’ll need your transaction number that starts with the number 4.
Please also enter your surname in all capital letters.
