I've paid my phone bill.. but still can't ring or text out.. my bill is up to date.

Hi @Keily Grove. If the payment has gone through, and your services haven’t reactivated after 24-hours, the bar may need to be manually lifted from the account by an advisor.

If this is still an issue for you and you’re still without services, just let us know here and we’ll be happy to send you a PM.
