Hi

Can you link your landline number to your mobile?

Tried but no success

Hey @Jennifer Oxton,

We don’t have a landline contact for Customer Service besides a line for our most vulnerable customers via the Voicemail Team.

You can however call 0333 003 7777 and use the automated line to do many simple queries like check your balance, report a phone as lost/stolen  or make a payment.

We have lots of articles here that answer most questions and you can self-serve via the iD Mobile app/account.
