Hello, 

 

An old colleague set up an account with ID mobile yet never closed it when they left the company. We are now receiving invoives/final reminders yet we don't have the account details to close the account. The only information I have is the final four digits of his account number, his name and DOB. 

 

What can we do?

Hi @primarx, if the account is in his name, he’d need to contact us directly in order to disconnect the line. Or is it that the line is under a company name?
