I have tried and tried since yesterday, even emailing carphone warehouse aswell. I am an ID Mobile customer : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX My plan expires on 22/04/2021 and i wish to leave. I am giving you as of today 12/04/2021 the 30 days notice of my wish to end my contract. I have attempted multiple times to do this through the app and online without success. Please can you arrange for this. I am willing to pay the £6.15 i have to pay at the end of my plan.
