Line blocked despite payment

I've spent 3 days trying to make a payment on the app, without success. Had a message this morning saying I was blocked. Have made my due payment, which I can evidence as has been taken from my bank... However my outstanding balance on app is still there and my number is still blocked! Truly amateur

Most payments reflect within 15 minutes and the bar should be lifted within 2 hours.

Is your payment showing in your pending payments?
