I’ve just tried live chat and accessed it without issues, are you able to try on a different device or browser?

i actually had to do a reset of my iPhone as I also wasn’t receiving calls or able to sends texts and still can’t send texts a day later
Have you just transferred your number to iD Mobile
If so, can you send text messages if you turn OFF iMessages (from Settings > Messages)?

Are you able to call or use data?
Is the issue just related to texts?
If so, please try the following;
1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"
If you are having issues with the above please retry with flight mode enabled and/or the SIM card removed.

Can’t get any contact with anyone on iD . This is beyond a joke . No live chat . A message that then isn’t followed up .

You can contact iD Mobile privately on Facebook Messenger, or by sending a Twitter DM (direct message). Their support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
