live chat not working, sim not delivered


Hi

i ordered this sim last Thursday. Your company advised it was dispatched and i would receive an email about delivery. No email arrived, no sign of SIM card and I can’t even contact you via live chat. Please confirm when my SIM card will be delivered, this is almost 1 week since I ordered it

iD SIM cards are sent using Royal Mail postal service, and take 3-5 working days to be delivered @declymckeown2023.

Your order may have been lost in transit @declymckeown2023, in which case you may need to get a replacement SIM card.

If iD live chat doesn’t work, I’d suggest ‘talking’ to iD customer support team on Facebook or Twitter - contact them privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

As mentioned above by @andewhite SIM only orders are sent via Royal Mail to be received within 3-5 working days.

 

An order made on 27/04/23 should be delivered by 6pm on 05/05/23, if you haven’t had it by this time please let us know so we can get in touch and send out a replacement.
