Hello, I have tried to use live chat for 4 days in a row and it doesn’t start for me. I have asked friends to try live chat and it doesn’t work for them either.
I have tried this with 3 browsers, I do have pop ups enabled.
The window for me returning a phone is shortening. Please could this be looked into?

I am sorry to hear that! The service may close temporarily in times where the demand is very high but it usually opens again soon after. I’ve checked now and it’s currently open for new conversations. If you can give it another try, let me know how you get on.
