Trying to log in with email. As I was previously with id it won’t let me log in as account is more than 6 months old
log-in issues as account too old

This is one of the limitations of the current “My iD Account” system.

If you have re-joined, you will need to register again as the new contract needs it’s own user.
You can’t re-use the same username.
