Hi

 

So I had to re-register again. I did. Then it asks for the one-time passcode which was sent via text which i enter but nothing happens.

 

ive updated the app on my phone and tried to make my payment, then I get ‘opps something went wrong’.

 

Im assuming the site is down. Does anyone have an idea when this will be up and running?

We believe the app is able to be used at this time for making payments, are you still having issues with it?

 

In the meantime, to make a payment you’ll be able to call 0333 003 7777.
