Hi I took my plan out years ago and ended up completely forgetting about it. I’ve lost the sim card and forgotten the phone number so can’t access any of the services to get in touch to pay a bill as well as cancel the contract. The only info i have is my Account number on a final demand notice. Can someone please get in touch ASAP

Hi. I’ve lost my phone number and I’m trying to pay a final demand notice for £8.00. I cant find a way to contact anyone as I cant get past the login due to not having my phone number. Can anyone advise? This is like being trapped in a prison cell with no way of escape.
