Lost SIM card and can’t receive a security code for my Aunty s phone to sort out a new one on the app . Customer service very poor

Are you trying to setup an iD My Account for your Aunt?
If you’ve lost an active SIM card, you really should contact iD straight-away on 7777 (from an iD phone) or 0333 003 7777 from any other phone.
You can also report a lost SIM using the Live Chat service.
ive rang that number which sends me on line and need my security code to do anything
obviously can’t ring 7777 as no SIM card in the phone ? Help please
