message not delivered

Whenever I send a message it comes back with a delivery report saying its not sent. It only does it to a few of my contacts as well. I've got a Samsung galaxy M31. Can anyone help please ?

Hi @Rach57,

Have you been able to test the SIM in a different handset to see if that makes a difference?

Could you please try and clear one of the chats that you are having issues with and start a new message to see if that works?
