Every time I make a phone call, on my unlimited calls plan, I get a message saying calls with cost 30p per minute. As usual I can't get through to anyone on live chat to help.
What is this problem and how can I fix it?

We’re currently experiencing a technical issue which is resulting in some customers incorrectly being advised that they will be charged 30p when calling standard UK numbers.Â
