messaging not working

So I moved from vodaphone to ID mobile and used my pac code to bring my number with me.

 

Calls etc are working however mesaaging certainly is not.

A) if I am sent a message it is goung to my old phone  not my new one even though correct number is used.

B) if I send a text message from my new phone with my ported number the number the messages are saying it is sent from is a random number and certainly not mine.

 

I am really not impressed. Tried messaging ID support and got nowhere. 

I need this fixing and or to speak to a human ASAP.

I’d recommend turning OFF the “Chat features” option in the Messages app @Missn.
