Hi, I've recently  upgraded and my new package has unlimited data. I have actuvated my new sim and the unlimited data shows up on the I.d app but not on my settings for mobile data on my phone. It is still saying 2gb and warning me I will run out soon. I activated my sim 3 days ago and have had a text to confirm its activation. Help!

The settings on your phone are not controlled by iD or linked to iD - they’re entirely within your control.

You’ll need to change the data limit yourself - what handset are you using?

I'm using a Samsung A52s . My daughter has the same phone and hers changed automatically.

Okay, assuming you both use an iD SIM, you’ll need to compare the mobile data setting on both handsets.

However, Samsung’s UK website states the following:
