Changed plan to include more data. Since then, I have been unable to use my mobile data.  This has been a couple weeks now. Any ideas?

Are you unable to use calls and texts too?

 

Have you processed an upgrade or a plan change?

 

An upgrade may have had another SIM sent out, have you received and tried using the new SIM if the upgrade was done?
