Monthly Phone bill increased by more than £3 without notice after 2 months.

There is no Customer Service number, Chat service just says we cannot do anything. Its been a bad experience and not sure when will they increase again.

 

No official letter or mail about the about 10% increase in charge.

iD Mobile don’t send letters, texts or phone their customers every 12 months reminding us that the annual RPI increase we agreed to is about to kick in. It’s displayed on screen when ordering, on your agreement and in the terms and conditions we agreed to (sucks I know) at the point of sale.
