More than one mobile number

Hi, I am thinking of moving my family (4 members) from EE to ID Mobile, can I port them to my account, or do I need to set up new individual accounts?

I can confirm that you will need to setup a new individual account for each SIM/Number. Each account will require it’s own unique email address too.

The hassle is probably worthwhile though @nuttzz, as I’d guess you’ll be saving quite a bit each month.

I don't mind the individual accounts as such, its just the need for different email addresses that bothers me. 

I will need to manage the accounts and if they are all on different emails it will not be so easy.

With EE I have them all in one account - much simpler.

Hi @nuttzz 

 

As @WelshPaul suggests you’ll need to register a separate iD Mobile app/website account for each iD Mobile plan, as all iD Mobile plans are completely separate.

 

You’ll need to use different email addresses to register to the accounts but can use the same email address for billing and correspondence.
