I have an ID Sim under my email address. I wanted to get two more Sims for my teenage children. If I order them under their email addresses can I still use my bank account details to set up the direct debits on both accounts?

You might be better off doing this by using a group plan with SMARTY.
Smarty is more expensive. Â I have done it now, just brought each sim under a different email address but with one bank account.

Yes even with the discount smarty is dearer but only by a tiny amount.

If you’re looking to get plans for your children too, you’d want to treat this as you having three, separate plans but allowing your children to use them.

The plans would all be in your name, your details etc

When registering on the iD Mobile app/website you’d need to use a different email address to register each account. You can still use the same email address for bills/correspondence.

Yes I went on livechat and customer services said I can put them all in my name with same bank account but need to register each sim with a different email address. Â Sims all ordered just waiting for them to turn up.
