i have a Santander account which told me to reset my credentials because it no longer recognised my mobile. I.think this was because I had a VPN installed on my phone. Santander sent me a 'one time passcode ' which I was notified about at the top of my screen , but this didn't show the number or 'COPY' like it normally does. So I had to go to SMS or my email address to view,so far so good but, when I go back to my Santander app it has reset and wantsto send me a new OTP. That's alright I'll use split screen. No the app doesn't allow split screen. This has given me an idea, to open Santander on-line not using the app.
