My data isnt working

Userlevel 1

I have been with ID for 1 month. Paid my bill in full and have had no data at all.  How do I sort this?
I can not get through to anyone to sort this out either via chat or phone and I am wishing I never swapped from EE.

I have also tried all the suggested things. Turn phone off, check settings, try sim in another phone etc etc etc

Unfortunately, iD don’t have a telephone support helpline @Emily OConnell

If the online Live Chat isn’t working, have you tried contacting iD support via their social media pages?

Send iD customer service a private message using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
Out-of-hours messages are usually picked-up when the agents next start work.
