My final bill shows that I am in credit. How will I be able to get a refund for that?

My contract ended on the 23rd February 2022. And I have requested a pac to switch to a new network provider. but my final bill shows I am in credit so I was wondering how I can get that refunded. Thank you.

Hello @Samuella,

Easiest way to get any credit due, is leave your iD DIRECT DEBIT running.

iD will refund you via your Direct Debit in due course - don’t worry.

Hi @Samuella, I’d recommend jumping on the Live Chat as they should be able to help.

Just type “speak to a person” between 09:00 - 18:00 to be put through to an agent.
