I received my SIM today, put it in my Pixel phone, and it works straight away. BUT I have had problems setting up my ID account online. I have entered all my details correctly but I keep getting error messages.

To avoid the annoying live chat bot, just type “talk to a person”.
You should then get through to someone in customer service, when there’s an agent free.
I’ve tried the live chat service- It is far too automated to help me with this particular issue. I don’t use Facebook or Twitter.

Alternatively, contact iD customer support privately using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.

I've entered my surname in CAPITALS, no hyphens.
I've entered my correct mobile number and correct year of birth.
The error message I keep getting is,:
'Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please'.
