My number hasnt transferred, and i cant get through to speak to anyone

My number was supposed to be transferred yesterday (it was sent through Wednesday morning and my account says it was due to be ported yesterday).

Are there any issues / delays at the moment? How do I contact someone to discuss outside of the community?  I’ve never been with a mobile provider where it is so difficult to actually speak to someone.
