My online account has been closed

My ID Mobile account has been closed even though I am continuing to pay by direct debit and my phone number is still in use. This means that I can't manage my account.

Sounds to me like you’re logging in to an old iD Mobile account. 

I think maybe I had more than one account registered to the same email address.

Sorted. Registered a new account with a different email address.
