My order for a new phone has neen accepted but heard mothing for 6 days

Hi

I was accepted last Friday to become a new customer and for a new phone and was told someone was going to be in contact with me regarding the handset. I’ve tried to get hold of someone on the telephone number and now been waiting for someone to get back to me but as of yet still heard nothing. How can I find out what is happening?
