I am due for an upgrade in 6 weeks time but my phone is struggling to hold.charge and I need a new one now.
Is it possible to upgrade early?
I am happy to pay a fee but otherwise I may need to leave my contract and start another one elsewhere, which just seems stupid.

Asked before, many times, but unfortunately the answer is always no - UNLESS you’ve got a 24-month minimum term handset contract, which allows you to upgrade at any point within the last 60-days of the minimum term.

You can only upgrade on your eligiblity date.
Unfortunately, we don’t yet offer upgrades by paying a fee at this moment in time.
