My sim only order number 111150882 has not arrived. It’s been 4 working days plus a weekend since it was sent. If this is the standard service you provide to new customers then I won’t be with you for much longer. If the sim does not arrive tomorrow at the latest I will cancel the direct debit that you so efficiently set up in no time flat. It’s impossible to speak with anyone in your organization-that is about as bad as it gets.
