My SIM card has not been delivered

My sim only order number 111150882 has not arrived. It’s been 4 working days plus a weekend since it was sent. If this is the standard service you provide to new customers then I won’t be with you for much longer. If the sim does not arrive tomorrow at the latest I will cancel the direct debit that you so efficiently set up in no time flat. It’s impossible to speak with anyone in your organization-that is about as bad as it gets.

Cancelling the Direct Debit is never the right answer to resolving problems.

We’d be happy to look into this for you.

 

I’ve PM’ed you with how you can get in touch with us and we can look at issuing a replacement SIM and covering the time you’ve been billed whilst this was not active.

The Sim card arrived on Friday. Looks like Royal Mail are having problems with staff shortage.
