my sim says it is network locked

I have a sim only contract. I moved the sim to a new phone and the sim is network locked and needs a pin. 

 

Please help

Is it a PUK code that it is asking for?

If it’s the handset that is network locked you would need to contact the network that has locked the handset which is usually the network you purchased it from.
