My switch from ee to id mobile happend to day I got my txt say it happen but now can’t receive call but i can call out

Number transfers can take between 8am and 10pm on the date they happen, how are you getting on?

I’d recommend contacting iD support using their online Live Chat service - ask them to check your iD network account has been provisioned correctly, after the number transfer,
The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.

Number transfers don’t happen immediately, and using the iD SIM card before the number has been transferred can result in strange behaviours.
Has the switch been completed yet,
If the switch has been completed, have you tried a NETWORK RESET?
