My upgrade hasn’t worked?

I attempted to upgrade my phone this weekend and received an email a couple days later to contact the sales team as there seems to be a problem. I have been on hold with the sales team for an hour every day this week and haven’t managed to speak to someone, and an agent hasn’t been available through live chat. I tried to put through an upgrade again and it was cancelled as it was a replicate order. Does anyone know how best to contact them?

We are sorry that you haven’t been able to get through to the team.

Due to the release of the Apple iPhone 15 the team may be very busy.

However if you could try the team between 9.30am-4.30pm Monday- Friday you should be able to get through.
