Hello I am trying to order a replacement sim card. Whenever I click live chat nothing happens at all I have tried 2 phones and 3 different browsers. Calling does nothing to help at all I call and I'm basically talking g to a robot what give no option even close to replacement sim and I can't talk to a real person it's like a loop of useless information.
