Need a replacement SIM but cant seem to do that through my account - advice?

Have lost phone (non ID) so need new ID sim to replace the one that was in it….
Doesn’t seem to be a way to do this from my account, can you please advise?

You can either collect a SIM from your local Curry’s store free of charge.

Alternatively we can get a SIM sent out, please let us know which you prefer.
