Our SIM is in a WiFi router in a caravan, so we don't know the number and I think we need to upgrade our data. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Community! 

You’ll need to insert the SIM into a handset so that you can get the number and the code to create an account.

Once you have access to your account you can make changes and look at the plan change options.
