Need help transferring plan

Hi, I recently bought the black friday 12 month contract upgrade on the wrong phone, as we have 3 phones in the household I would like to transfer the contract to another phone. Can’t get ahold of live chat agents.

We would be unable to transfer the plan to a different contract, a return would need to be done.
