Hi I need to change a phone number to a new number I have the Police crime number. The phone and Sim have been seized by the police.

Hi @Davidmoore64b, I’d recommend contacting the Live Chat team who’ll be able to process a number change request for you, and since you’ve got the Crime Reference Number, they’ll be able to waive the fee, too.
