Have you tried sending a text with “PAC” to 65075?

Usually iD require some security information, i.e. your DoB they have for your iD account.
The text to 65075 might need to be “PAC DDMMYY”.
You can also request a PAC from your iD online account, or by contacting iD support using:
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
- Private message using Facebook Messenger.
- DM on X (formerly Twitter).
